1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Euphoria Luxury Living services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.
If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, then you may not access our services.
2. Booking and Reservations
2.1 Booking Process: All bookings must be confirmed through our official WhatsApp number (+234 902 091 9662) or phone communication. Bookings are not confirmed until payment terms are agreed and initial deposits are received.
2.2 Availability: All property availability is subject to real-time confirmation. We reserve the right to decline bookings due to unavailability or other operational reasons.
2.3 Minimum Age: The primary guest must be at least 21 years old to make a booking and must be present during the entire stay.
2.4 Maximum Occupancy: Properties have strict maximum occupancy limits. Additional guests beyond the agreed number may result in immediate termination of the booking without refund.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, mobile money payments, and cash payments. All payment instructions will be provided via WhatsApp.
3.2 Deposit Requirements: A security deposit is required for all bookings, ranging from ₦50,000 to ₦200,000 depending on property type and duration.
3.3 Refund of Deposits: Security deposits will be refunded within 7 business days after checkout, subject to property inspection and deduction of any damages or violations.
3.4 Currency: All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise specified for international locations.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 Guest Cancellations:
- Cancellations made 48+ hours before check-in: Full refund minus processing fees
- Cancellations made within 48 hours: 50% of total booking amount charged
- No-shows: Full booking amount charged
4.2 Host Cancellations: In the rare event we must cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund plus compensation equal to 25% of your booking value.
4.3 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or pandemics.
5. Guest Responsibilities
5.1 Property Care: Guests are responsible for treating the property with respect and care. Any damages beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the guest.
5.2 House Rules: All guests must comply with specific property rules, including but not limited to noise levels, smoking restrictions, and pet policies.
5.3 Legal Compliance: Guests must comply with all local laws and regulations. Illegal activities on the property will result in immediate eviction without refund.
5.4 Access: Authorized representatives may enter the property for maintenance, safety, or emergency purposes with reasonable notice when possible.
6. Liability and Insurance
6.1 Limited Liability: Euphoria Luxury Living's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the booking. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6.2 Personal Property: We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property. Guests are advised to secure valuables and consider travel insurance.
6.3 Personal Safety: While we maintain security measures, guests are responsible for their personal safety and security during their stay.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
7.1 Information Collection: We collect personal information necessary for booking services, including contact details, identification, and payment information.
7.2 Data Usage: Personal information is used solely for service provision, communication, and legal compliance. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except as required by law.
7.3 Data Security: We implement appropriate security measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1 Communication First: Any disputes should first be addressed through direct communication via our WhatsApp support line.
8.2 Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
8.3 Jurisdiction: Any legal proceedings will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
9. Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via our website and WhatsApp announcements. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
